Hi folks, just want to clarify.
I am getting new car but need to wait a week or two for the stock to arrive.
Thing is, my current car which I'm going to trade off the insurance is expiring this week.
I dont want to renew it when still need to sell off when new car arrives.
Can I do that but still transfer ncd to new car without renewing old car ? My ncd will still be active right?
Will 2nd hand dealers or carsome accept a car without insurance?

Motorbike parking

It seems my management put out notice for bike riders not to park our bikes at car parking bay. Condo is 3 year old, before this wasn't an issue.
So what if still park it but get clamped, can fight them?
Parking bay is owned by me, even if I put bed to sleep there, isn't the management's concern right? Or am I wrong?

TNB bill

Before I approach TNB, thought could get some info from here.

My unit inside a shopping mall been unoccupied for almost a year.
The electricity charges however, monthly between 9 to 11 RM. On top of that, also got 'surchaj lewat bayar' which first time I've seen on any TNB bill.

Is this practise normal from TNB? To charge you small amount even though not using their electricity.

Hey folks,
Do anyone have experience transferring TNB acc to tenant's name? Willing to share details or complications in it?
My TNB bill is currently RM 1.5k(before was RM 2k outstanding) yet TNB customer service can reply that during lockdown not allowed to disconnect. This problem has been going on since mco 1.0 last year.

Another question,
Do Air Selangor allow change of owner account to tenant like TNB?

Maxis waive 2months bill

Hi folks,
I in process of terminating my maxis fibre subscription (contract is over)
I made the call yesterday and was given a report number.
Then today received call from Maxis CS asking for details IC etc for verification and then was asked reason for termination which I said slow speed, not as advertised.

So now comes the the main part, the CS agent says maxis willing to give 2months (jun to aug) free without renewing contract. I said ok but its not written or black & white. Agent said can callback maxis to check. I also took his id name.

So is this normal procedure for broadband providers until willing to give a month or two free usage when terminating?
Shall I trust Maxis with only verbal promise of free 2months of internet?

I got deducted RM5 from my Maybank acc today because a cheque given by another person was declined due to insufficient funds in his account.
I wonder is this usual from banks? Anyone got experience before can info ?

Did the road tax price got hiked up this year?
Usually I pay Rm 3xx for my 2.0 SUV but just now I paid Rm 439 for a year road tax.

Even road tax calculator sites shows RM 380 for 2.0cc vehicle.
Am I missing something here?

So i googled for dvi to display port cable but it isn't Bi-directional it seems

using IBG to pay for car loan, so account name to be filled will be the car owner name right?
and for instance 1st payment day should be made on 16th July so the person have to make on that day itself? cannot a day before or after?
