Carpal Tunnel

Hi guy, anyone have friends that experience this b4?

One of my finger, when i bend it 90', it will lock at that position. I need to use abit of strenght to either straignten it or bend it move pass 90'. The locking is more strong after i wake up in the morning.
There was abit of pain at the finger joint.

I asked a doctor, not a specialist, just a clinic doctor while i was sick getting MC and he say it maybe carpal tunnel. but always do stretching should be ok...

I not sure if u can get carpal tunnel on the finter instead of the wrist??

but im worried. any advise on this??

I've been working out (seriously) for 2 month now. Before that, I wasn't consistent, workout 2 days and then rest for a week...and slowly i got lazy. But its time to end the laziness and work my goal!

For 2 month I've been doing mostly weights training and less in cardio. But starting this month I decided to do more on functional workout + cardio instead of isolation. I've started doing stronglift only last week, and cardio workout after.

Breakup complication

hi guys. i have this slight issue.

my gf's ex, after breakup did alot of things to complicate my gf's depart (she was living with him b4).

others are ok, just one thing that bothers. not counting the small things, at first he wanted her to return some expensive stuff, like watch, handphone, necklace, and yes, a car cd player. thats fine, and then he changed his mind, wanted her to keep it but return cash. which was fine too, bcoz he was using this to prevent her from moving some of her remaining belongings from his house. if pay money can settle, no problem.

he did that becoz he added a new pad lock so she could not move out all her belongings quietly.

good thing is, he allow my gf to take the important belongings, like IC, cash, certs, etc. those that cant take out that time are some clothes, a table and a pc. if the "negotiations" went sour, she is ready to sacrifice her remaining belongings and leave it there.

why? bcoz we fear that he may "exaggerate" the amount, like adding in some silly expenses or what not.

the things is, can he do anything, like report police or file a civil case againts her for not "returning the money"?

need some advice, or if anyone has been thru this before?
