            <title>WTA: Best timing to take post workout protein</title>

            <description>Though it was discussed that it is better to do cardio after workout but whats the best timing to take the post workout protein if i do cardio after workout. Is it better to take the protein immediately after my workout and before the cardio, or is it better to take it after i finished my workout and cardio?</description>
