Can anyone share soup recipes or ingredients for smokers? I only heard about watercress soup that will help to protect lungs.

My husband is a regular smoker and I need to push him to take antioxidant supplements everyday. I thought of boiling nutritious soups for him to reduce the bad effects of smoking on his health.

Bad cough for a month

I keep having phlegm and cause me to cough for the whole month. It is frustrating and annoying. I avoid cold drinks and spicy food. Went to see doctor 3 times and took medication but the phlegm keeps coming back.

Is tradional chinese medicine helpful in my condition? Are there any natural remedy?

I was driving in SS2 town this afternoon around 2 something and there was a heavy jam. Apparently many people were crowding around a Myvi. A fireengine truck was also there and firemen were helpping out around that Myvi. Anyone know what has happened?

Hi All, kindly suggest where can I get cardboard boxes as I m moving house soon and need those boxes for storage. I have tried asking from supermarkets but they have arrangements with third party agents to collect all their boxes. I dont mind paying as I only need 4 to 5 pieces. Anybody have any idea?
