No HDMI signal eventhough the cable was plugged in

Uhh I did a flashing of my ati card bios today, i bricked my card twice but certainly i was able to bring it back. I flashed the card using a Asus modded bios, which worked well for my friend.

Now i have my bios flashed but weird thing is my monitor will not receive HDMI signal unless the DVI cable is plugged in as well. Is it something to do with the driver? I need to OC to run crysis 2 on max so reflashing my old bios is a no-no. Any help would be appreciated.

My specs : HIS HD 5850, Phenom II x6 1055t , 2x2gb DDR3ram 1333mhz, Samsung 23" monitor with HDMI slot, Corsair 800W PSU

Latest : I reflashed my old bios, now HDMI works fine, but i still need the modded bios for OCing. Does anyone have the latest modded bios that is compatible with HDMI? Help is greatly appreciated.
