My BB has been fine since I bought it last Aug until recently (the past month).

When there's an incoming call, the phone vibrates and the ringtone is played for at least 5-10 secs before the name appears on the screen. Anyone faced this problem before?

Hey!

My Bold 9700 is 8 mths old and since 3-4 mths ago, I noticed my Facebook application isn't stable.
Sometimes, when I upload pics or comment, the phone hangs. And I'll have to hard-restart my BB (remove batt to restart phone)
And when I wanna 'share' pics on Facebook, the application cannot be found. Also, sometimes I don't receive notifications at all, until I have to uninstall; then re-install the FB application.

Anyone else facing similar issues?

Hi. I'm 23, and need to lose 20 kg (according to a PT)

I'm 165 cm and 77 kg now.

I've tried SIY, Clenz, Xenical, Herbalife, X-Tummy, Total Image and a few other shakes (I can't remember the names)

But only SIY worked.. for a month. I took it for 5 months now.

I seldom eat junk food and I don't drink soft drinks. I'm allergic to milk and wheat.

This is what I typically eat in a day:

Breakfast: Rye bread & organic soya

Lunch: Multi-grain organic rice + home cooked dishes (hardly any oil)

Dinner: Multi-grain organic rice + home cooked dishes (hardly any oil)

I just signed up for gym. So can you guys pls recommend me an effective exercise regime or diet plan that is realistic? I'm really desperate here.

I'm heavy on my hips, thighs and tummy.

Also, does anyone know if I need to take any protein supplements to speed weight loss when I go to gym?
