I answer honestly according to my natural taste buds,
which is obviously PORK.
So obvious that every one agreed....

I thought to myself, BEEF and MUTTON taste like sh*t if they have to be compared to PORK....

Pro choice and pro life is about unwanted pregnancy:

Pro-choice:
pregnant woman (most likely rape victim) has the rights to go for abortion

Pro-life:
pregnant woman cannot kill the little baby life. She must suffer 9 months to give birth and spend another infinite years to bring the child up. This is enforced to every one in the country and woman cannot decide her fate....

How should a utopia be?
what's our view?

a world where there's no crime, hunger, problem.

Problem is caused by individual free will.
If it can be regulated, we can completely erase crime on earth.

So every world citizen will be implant with a mind control chip to be serves permenantly.

Everyone will be equal.

Every one will serve the order and work to make things prosper.

That's the great utopia.

(of course I'll be the king. cohab will be serving me loyally in my utopia..... wahahahaha)

I think the property prices is too high (probably due to speculation).
It seems like an average Malaysian can't afford to buy the house anymore.

I think they should read more gempak and lepak with malay members so that they can speak more casual form of Malay.

We hear some business people take advantage over us such as high price or poor quality work.

For example, some businessmen might take advantage over some young and mong cha cha looking people. Or sometime the received goods is so different from sample (nampak cantik di kilang, tapi rosak-rosak masa stock sampai).

How to be street wise and avoid being conned/toyed? Can you share some tips?

I think one of the good practice is always ask for minimum 3 price quotation before making a major purchase. The highest and lowest price might be very far apart.

Let's say you want to open a small business like laundry, cafe, kedai runcit etc.
You draft a detail business plan and estimated a sum of capital.
How much money do you think we should reserved for some unexpected hidden costs?

Let's say if the capital is 30k RM, how much should we expect to pay extra?

I think this is an important consideration because some people, for example, has savings of 40k RM an wish to open a business of capital RM 30k will be dead if the hidden cost is more than 20k RM.

Let's say you open a small business like laundry or runcit shop...

Do you think it's advisable to build relationship with the "WHITE"force (such as police, authority etc.) and "BLACK" force (turf warlord, protection fee collector, samseng)?
Like giving them teh tarik sessions and ang pao?
