Isit possible for me to become a mini developer by proposing the below to him?<br /><br />1) These 1 acre of land will be used to build terece house.<br />2)My uncle will sign an agreement with me that gives me half a year time frame to find buyer to buy the house before constructing. All proposal and finding architech to do the drawing of the house will be done by me.<br />3)After we found the buyer only then the construction will begin. In this way, the capital i need to provide is only on the architecture drawing and the legal documents, and of coz some working capital..<br /><br /><br />Hmph... any loop hole with this idea?
