Everyone is rushing buy car. Minister just announce will implement SST after 1st Sept.
Many buyer is very worry as they are not guarantee 100% able to get car before 1st Sept to avoid sst.

Bro, How much car price will be up after sst?

for example now gst '0'
City Spec is RM 77,063.00 inclusive gst '0'
Vios Spec E is Rm 77,356.04 inclusive gst '0'

i received offer from CIMB and PBB for Full flexi loan BLR - 2.4
I duno which to choose.

CIMB service better or PBB service is better ??
How about the speed of disburse money from both bank?

I seem really hard to get BLR - 2.45. other bank just offer islamic loan or semi loan to archive this rate.

Hi guys,

i just bought a house in subang. Currently, the house already fully extend the kitchen at backyard by the previous owner but the upstair room is small.

I plan to change the extended kitchen roof to concrete cement so that i can do further renovation at 1st floor.
It is 24x6.

May i know what is the roughly quotation?
Changing the extended kitchen roof from normal to concrete cement will it be dangerous?
Will it be very costly?? :C

Harlo harlo, did anyone ever been to Government Clinic Cahaya Suria or UM dental? From the web, we know it is Gum specialist. My fren have periodontal disease, it cost very expensive at least rm 300 above for private clinic. May you guys share urs experience in these two facililty? How the doc there? Very appreciated. thanks.
