Lawyer problems

In regards to property purchases, I'm sure we've dealt with crappy lawyers. I've recently faced one such lawyer on my second property purchase. My first one was through a firm called Sohayati which delayed my purchase for almost half a year and alway ignores my calls. It was a very frustrating process. However, my second purchase which I dealt with this firm called Tea Kelvin Kang will definitely win the grand prize of Sucky service. The lawyer named Wendy is more like an office temp with a bad attitude. Delays the deal. Rude as hell. Raises her voice at the client. Speaks like an uneducated person. Advises payment to the wrong bank, and thats the second payment lol. I asked her once why their side can say the deal will be done in February and yet it's end of march and it's nowhere near completion. Her answer: you guys wanted to hear an answer what. So we give an answer la. so what you want now?. This coming from a lawyer? Freaking shocking to me.

My advise, don't always go for lawyers that offer the cheapest rates. I ended up with such sub standard lawyers. I have friends who paid a bit more and gotten their property in 2-3 mths. It's the 5th mth for mine, still not yet received the keys, and I'm paying the installments already. Zzzz
