I also share my research result, hopefully this will help people, now or in the future 20-30 years

1. Best solution is aluminium barrier
for rich peoples, you buy the one that you can put incrementally whenever water rises
for poor peoples, my suggestion is to buy an aluminium plate, and whenever water rises to a level, you immediately screw it to the wall

2. Tips:
remember to barricade toilet and bathroom. No point if you barricade your house perimeter as flood water can go to your sewage then out from toilet/bathroom,

3. paint outer wall with somekind of epoxy resin waterproof paint (i havent do enough research on this, but i am sure it exists). Do before flood, not after flood.

4. When should you start prepare?
Its easy to know when to start prepare. Its when outside your house start flooding few cm, thats when its time to start prepare.

here my story:
1. i got framed and i dont even know it.

i think this is the problem with whole mankind. the problem with us humans is humans only heard only from one source. They dont bother trying to listen from both side.

no one bother asking my side of story.

2. after few month after the "temp" staff resigned, a colleague that i helped greatly, told me the temp staff said some nasty untrue stuff about me to the whole company (she basically go to each of the staff to badmouth me)

my car parked at road in front of my house. the battery got stolen.

i never expected this to happen so near to me.

recession is real and it affects everyone, including me and my family members.

but what scary is some peoples, they rather rob from others rather than to work hard for it.

some simple minded /k might dismissed this as some petty thieves, but if this happens too frequent, it wont be petty anymore. and it costs around 3-5% of monthly income.

i got read about "dihyang", i say it isnt posh and luxury enough.

How do i M40 determine this? If the bill is less than RM100 per pax, then its not posh enough

for example: 9 pack with receipt of RM625 (dihyang)
Average of RM69 (less than RM100). confirm its for M40
