So I plan to rebuild a new rig and here is what I got now:

CPU: Intel Core i7 3770K (new)
Cooling: Closed-loop water cooling preferred [open for suggestion]
Motherboard: DZ77RE-75K (new)
RAM: perferably 2 x 8GB [open for suggestion]
GPU: Sapphire HD 5850 (old)
Sound: Creative X-Fi Titanium PCI-E (old)
Primary: 180GB Intel 520 (new)
Secondary: 1TB WD Black? [open for suggestion]
ODD: LiteOn 24x? [open for suggestion]
PSU: Seasonic X-560 (old)
Chassis: Corsair Obsidian 650D? [open for suggestion]

Please recommend me the items that are open for suggestion, and advise me if it is better to sell of the older components, and free feel to criticise my build.

I'll be using this rig mostly for programming and simulations, hence I plan to clock the CPU to about 4.0GHz for those applications.

I'll also be playing games, but non-hardcore, along with other all-round applications.

This rig will also be running 24/7 for torrent seedings.

I'll start with a budget of RM1700 for now, better if it can match the components that are open for suggestion, which is about RM1500.

Also recommend me a good brown switch keyboard below RM450, exclusive of the budget stated above, I'm looking at the CM Storm Trigger, is that any good?

Please recommend me a reliable 2TB hard disk as a secondary storage.

I will be seeding torrents from this 24/7 so I'll need the reliability.

7200rpm drives preferred since I may use it to run games in case my SSD overflows.

Warranty: >2 years.
