PC Fan Spins For One Second And Stops - No Bootup

hi to all expert forumer in IT...

currently facing an issue which is computer wont power up...
Everytime i switch on the power the CPU and GC fan will run for 2 seconds then cut off.

It was not the PSU fault as i bought a new one today and tested both new/old and the problem still occurs

here is my spec:

Processor: intel i5 2400
MOBO: H61M-GS
GPU: Asus silent knight nvidia GTS250
PSU: Gigabyte Powerock 500w
Ram: 4GB
Harddisk: Seagate 320gb

really clueless about which part is malfunctioning.. please guide me

cotton and table cloths doesn't work for me

screen goes black when started full screen game

all my hardware already running for 1 and half years
latest ati driver 9.2
this problem only happens recently
all of sudden my screen turned blackout after i started a full screen game
and there is no signal for my monitor
i have tried to reinstall my ati driver but the problem still occurs
any suggestion?

Does this model of modem router limit reconnect times?
i only could reconnect less than 5 times , if i did more than that .. the modem will be stuck in the page..
then i have to wait for another 20 minutes to reconnect again
previously i have no reconnecting problem with my old modem

I hv a problem here...
recently i just bought my d-link604 router
and i have two computers , comp A and comp B
i can use the router to connect to comp A but not comp B
comp B local area connection status: Limited or no connectivity
wat should i do ? helpppppppppppp
