International Roaming

Hi All,
I have an issue with my Nokia Xpress Music. I have the Maxis line enabled for International Roaming. But in Taiwan, the Network bar shows no signal. And it doesn't auto detect nor link up with the network. I did a search in settings-Connectivity and I can see 4 network operators but cannot manual connect to any of them too. Why?
