LED Light Flicker When Turning Off Fan

Hi all,

I need some advice. Recently finishing up my house renovation and I installed all the same kind of LED recessed down lights across the house. What I notice is when I turn off the fan or change speed (be it regulator ceiling fan or power socket based wall fan), the led lights nearby will flicker once. It's a big annoyance especially considering the entire house made up from the same LED lights.

Of course I have asked the electrician, but he said it is normal for LED lights like these.

I need second opinion, please help and provide some input.
