Corsair RMA at Convergent Distribution

Have you guys have experience RMA Corsair keyboard at Convergent Distribution ? Since Cudo Technology is no longer distributor for Corsair so they asked me send to Convergent. I sent my K70 Lux on 8th Jan, while ago i just give a call to check the RMA status but was told that the keyboard still in their office. This is first time i am dealing with them is it normal they took so long to process the RMA?
