However, I am now facing dilemma on whether to work in Citibank as a citiphone officer (a call center job) or Maybank as a credit analyst. I&#39;ve got the offer from both of them but can only choose one of course. The salary offer by them have no much different. Roughly RM2.5k for fresh grad. May I know how is the working environment in both of these banks? anyone work there before? which bank treat their employees better and offer better benefits?
