I am in Melaka and my house water pipe is leaking underground. I have made appointment with 2 plumbers and both did not show. The leaking started 4 days ago and I am now panicking. I have to turn the mains off when not using the water.

Please recommend a reliable plumber if you have one in Melaka. Thank you in advance.

Refrigerator/Chiller

Thinking of getting a fridge without a freezer compartment as I already have a huge stand-alone box freezer.
Only choice at the moment is a commercial chiller with a capacity of about 900 liters. Some concerns that need to be addressed before deciding.
1. Power consumption. Would a domestic fridge with a freezer compartment of total volume 900 liters eg. Samsung RF905QBLASL http://www.samsung.com/my/consumer/home-ap.../RF905QBLASL/ME
consume more or less electricity than a commercial chiller (without freezer) http://www.samemax.my/4-half-door-upright-chiller-us4dc/ ?

3. Which brand of commercial chillers come highly recommended?

Cruelty to animals

A sh#t head in my neighbourhood just got a pup and it is locked up in a small space 24/7 and it is really saddening to hear it howling in the late night and early morning. That piece of sh*t had a adult dog before and was also lock up in the same small space 24/7 until it could suffer no more, it died. It was never let out to run or to do its business, everything was done in the confine of the hell hole. Looks like this pup is going to suffer the same fate.
Complaints was made to the SPCA but was told that as long as the animal is in the confine of the owner's compound they cannot do anything ..... meaning they do not wish to get involved. Then a complaint was made to the veterniary department, they came and was told off by the dog owner and they left with no further action.
When the first innocent dog passed on, I was relieved that it had to suffer no more but was very angry that the animal was robbed of its rights to live a normal life. This pup is definitely going through the same fate in the hands of this sh*t head.
HELP if you know how to save this poor innocent pup whose life is to make ours easier.

I just bought a new TP Link TD-W8951ND Modem Router this morning and is unable to configure it to connect to the internet.
I configured the device via the resource CD.
TP-LINK Modem Router Settings:

Network Name (SSID): Home
Network Security Type: Most Security (WPA2-PSK)

It is a 150mbps wireless N ADSL2+ modem router.

PTPTN Loan to Scholarship

I understand that students who take PTPTN loan have the incentive to convert it to scholarship if the person graduated with a 1st class honours degree. However students who graduated in 2009 is denied this incentive but 2010 onwards the incentive is re-introduced. Is there some thing wrong with the 2009 1st class honours graduate? Why leh????????????????????

Samsung LA40C530 LCD TV

I have just got myself a Samsung LA40C530 LCD TV. I connected it to a pc using a DVI output from the pc and a HDMI input to the TV. The result is that the display is larger than the TV screen by about 2cm all round. The pc OS is Win 7. I change the cable to regular VGA ouput and VGA input and it works fine. What is the problem??? Please help!!!
