High Processing Performance Rig

Hi guys, i need suggestion for my new rig, primarily will be used for software development. so high graphic performance is not needed.
i already try choose parts for intel and amd setup.

For Intel :
CORE i7 2600K RM 983 /Thunder
ASUS P8Z68-V LX RM395 /Thunder
KINGSTON DDR3 1600 HYPER-X 8GB RM179*2 /Thunder

Total RM 1736

For AMD:
AMD FX8150 RM908 /Compuzone
ASUS M5A97 RM309 /Thunder
KINGSTON DDR3 1600 HYPER-X 8GB RM179*2 /Thunder

TOTAL RM 1575

any suggestion for the best performance rig ?, what should i choose(AMD or INTEL) for the setup, since the primarily purpose of the system is not gaming ?

Hi guys, i need some help, I'm looking for a used car with budget around RM 25k, maximum RM 27k. i'm plan to use this only for going to campus. i already browsing carlist.my for sometime, my budget suitable for Proton Gen2 year 2004 or 2005. i prefer automatic car.

any problem with gen2 year 2004 or 2005 ?,(i hear there is an engine problem, is it true ?), is there any other car choices that suit with my budget ?
