WTA Forex: bank transfer from USD to RM?

I've an onshore USD account and need to transfer funds to an onshore RM account.

My bank relationship manager always gives bad rates, taking 5-7 bps or so (market rate is 4.30, she gives 4.25-4.23), worse than a money changer! I asked a money changer but they said they can not - only change physical currency.

What's the best way to do this?

Interested in this machine, especially as it comes with a Wacom AES pen (same as MIIX 510 and others).
Almost weighs the same as MIIX510 and Surface Pro with keyboard, but has 13.3 inch screen with small footprint.

Price in US is 20% lower than than Dell XPS 13 2-in-1, HP Spectre 13 2-in-1 and much lower than similar spec Surface Laptop (though that has a better screen/battery).

Tablet wanted: with telephone function

My disabled mother uses an ipad mini for all her media consumption.
Ideally, I'd like to get her a tablet that can also make phone calls (Whatsapp etc).

Her disability gives her reduced control over her hands and fingers so she needs a good bezel (not narrow bezel) with no capacitive buttons on the bezel.

Also, she needs a launcher that makes the android identical to iOS.

It also needs very good speakers, at least as loud as an ipad

Size should be ipad mini size or a bit larger, may be up to ipad 9.7 inch size.

I would get the xiaomi mi pad but it doesn't have telephone functionality.

Flat Battery - new battery needed or jump start?

I left my lights on overnight and battery is now flat.

Can I jump start the car and then run the car to "recharge" the battery or do I need to buy a new battery?
I'm not sure how old the battery is, but it's probably around 2 years old. The car is a 2009 Innova.

It actually seems good value if (1) you need high performance and (2) you need a pen-ready tablet and decent notebook.

For the wealthy, it may be even be worth ordering it if you're going to take the risk of warranty coverage, even with the depreciated exchange rate, as I heard Apple raised its prices.

As the reviewer noted, probably better than Microsoft's and Apple's premium products, but I don't want to start a flame war!

Firmware and Settings TP Link Wdr3600

I'm inexperienced but would appreciate advice on the best firmware and settings for unifi for the wdr3600.

The only issue I have is poor range with the latest firmware listed on the official Malaysia site. I have put on big 9dbi tplink attennas but range still lacking.

Anyone have experience in installing a rear anti roll bar?

Claimed to reduce body roll by 40%.
Btw, I also heard the 'offroad' capabilities would suffer, but would onroad comfort improve?

Cost around Rm 500-600.

Especially interested from Toyota Innova drivers...it rolls A LOT...
