Windows 10 Slow Black Screen Login Problem

hi, im sharing something i discovered today after latest update on windows 10 ( 28/10/2016)

2 days looking fix on the internet for slow login windows 10 and sometimes black screen. login to windows take 2-5 minutes even on high end pc

i believe, there is bugs in windows defender and after i disabled cloud based protection in windows defender, the problem seem goes away. login just take second
(im not turning on the cloud based protection before, but it seem auto turned on after latest update)

hope can help windows 10 user looking for fix with the same problem
