Hi Sifus,

I live in a condo and recently i found out that the ceiling at my balcony has this water stain. Already informed the management office and they already issued 2 letter to the tenant above my unit. The tenant do not even care about the notice and do not want to discuss the matter at all. My management ask me to seek the help of lawyer to issue a letter to them. Other than this method, is there any other method i can try? Or can this be fixed from my unit?

Hi sifu out there. Recently, my waja's ECU K.O. !!! Just to know is there any shop that can repair the spoilt ECU and what is the major cause that leads to the ECU's fault? Need help!
