Item being sold/bought: Iphone 3GS 32GB Black

Date of transaction: 15 October 2011 - 11:21 AM - KL Central

Details of the complaint : I bought the iphone from him and he claim everything is ok, on that day I already check the phone on KL Central like the home button, call test and so on except charging the phone. He also give me THREE MONTHS PERSONAL WARRANTY. When I brought it home, i charge the iphone since he give me the iphone with Low battery (18%) . After 5 minute charging, the iphone suddenly dead. I try charge it with more time still cannot turn the phone on. I PM him at 4.10 PM explain what problem. Seller ask me to try with my 3 pin charger and still cannot charge.. try sync the phone phone using the usb port into my mbp but also cannot detected. I try the 2pin charger into my ipad and it work. So nothing problem with the charger. He claim the iphone ok and ask me to restore | DFU mode etc. But it vice versa. The phone CANNOT TURN ON!!

So I set the meeting again at KL Central at 16 October 2011. I already arrive at KL Central from Shah Alam. But he didnt give any respon to come. After a few message and call he said on that day he cant make it bcoz he having a party. Only can meet at 10 PM. He also claim that he already telling me that he cant meet via msg.. But I didn't receive any message from him. So i go to Lowyat to check the iphone problem since he cant make it. The technician told me the iPhone Data Connector Charger Port damage due to ALWAYS OVERCHARGE and let it charging overnight. Its not like he stated everything is in good condition on his thread:furious:

So I msg him about the problem and he respond today. He only want to pay RM50. Is it FAIR??? I ask him to be responsible with it since he already give me THREE MONTH PERSONAL WARRANTY. I just bought the phone and the problem only appear after a few hours. He said Personal Warranty is doesn't mean everything and please dont compare!! He didn't explain about the warranty to me and also on his thread. I bought from him because he give a personal warranty. What happen if I repairing this phone still have a problem??? If the problem appear after a month i bought the phone its fine he didnt want to responsible. But I just bought the phone on Saturday and the problem appear Saturday. He claimed that he already sold thousand of iphones but please responsible on my situation. ATLEAST TAKE BACK THE IPHONE AND REPAIR IT THEN GIVE IT BACK TO ME!!!! Do you think I have money left after paying U RM890 + RM 30( Service Charge Checking The Iphone)??

LYN Forumers, please help me! What should I do? And who want to deal with him, think TWICE.. To OWEN NG, I didnt want to ruin ur business but I already message and discuss with you ask for responsible as seller. But you keep keep telling you cant!

Hi,

i have a client that ask me to do a full flash website
and i didn't know how to charge them since this is the first time i do a website for corporate company,
they already have a design and i just need to build a website for them..
so must exclude the design charge..

So, I need someone can help me to do a quotation based on this structure..
such as, how much should i charge them for me doing a coding/ create a button, linking etc.
What should i put on the quotation,
how about the file hosting and domain?

Just bare in mind that the website are FULL FLASH and the website for COMPANY PORTFOLIO..
It is possible to do SEO on Flash Website???

HDD damaged

Guys..

i have a problem, my WD Caviar Green cannot used anymore.
Last night when I try, it can detected by BIOS, not on Data Management...
But, i CANT format/Partition/etc..
I buy it at PC Zone, Lowyat.

The problem is, the receipt i bought this HDD already lost.
Can I do Warranty?
And it is possible to recover my data?
My previous artwork from diploma until degree was there...
it so important for me...
Anyone have any idea how much the cost to recover my all file????

hi guys! i really2 need help...
my HDD just now not working...
its actually WD 1 TB Green..

on this morning, i do some cleaning to my pc..
and then i pasang balik.. and then tiba2 my 2nd HDD x brfungsi..
but Bios detect it.. ( bios detect both of my HD)

i thought cable problem or something,
but after change cable and swap sata cable.. it still cannot function..
it took so long to boot a windows.. i wait more than 2 hours but still stuck on boot windows screen..

right now i can boot into windows only using 1 hd..
i do research on google.. but it didn't help..
the problem still unsolved..
the data is so important for me.. it contain my works
so anyone can help me??
