One day after dinner, me and colleagues went for drinking. We drank quite a lot as that was our like third rounds at different locations.

Then, I was talking with one of my colleague. We discuss something related to work issues and she was holding my hands when she talking to me. Then she hold my hand on my laps for quite sometime and talking ear to ear. I was quite drunk also that time. But, they way she hold my hand and cross arm while we were talking is exactly like a couple. The problems is both of us are married.

Damn...after that I walked her to her car and I do not dare to go for any further actions after that.

Hi All, I still due income tax for assessment year 2016 and 2017. I'm self employed, but due to bad business since last year, I can't make payment for the balance due. Now, lhdn send letter to me for payment or will proceed with civil court case.

What should I do? Am I able to negotiate with them to do like installment payment? tx
