Problem with current setup. [Solved]

Motherboard : DG31PR
Power Supply Unit : PS450-F1V2
Graphic Card : Gigabyte GTS450 OC Product Info

Before this I was using 9800GT fine. But sudah kong from overheat issues... I bought this as a replacement, but when i boot up my windows the device manager showing error 43 at my display card.

I'm concerned if its either
1)my old motherboard pci-e x16 1.0 not supporting this
2)psu not giving enough power.

Currently, my psu does not have a 6 pin power connector so i used the 2 molex -> 6 pin converter.
From the outside, i can see the graphic card green led light and the fans spinning, and have display through the card. Problem is with limited resolution, error 43 at my device manager and the nvidia Control Panel unable to detect the card.

If my current setup is a problem to support the card, any recommended solution? Thanks in advance for your replies.
