Spinal tumor

Dear all,

Last week, my dad detected having this problem on his upper back area. He is suffering back pain and arm numb especially during late night for past few weeks ago. He is 76 years old now. He has met 2 orthopedic specialist (at sarawak), but get different opinion from doctor. One said need operation and other one neither. I can't describe much here because I did not go hospital together with him.

Actually I got few question in my mind,
1) What are the risk account during this type of spinal surgery? or just consider small surgery only then after that back to normal life again?
2) Will the tumor spread again after removal?
3) No operation can kah?
4) Which hospital doctor is good in spine surgery in KV? what is the cost involving? (estimation)

Therefore, would like to know if anyone of you or your close one having this spinal tumor surgery removing before? Much appreciate if can share with me and what should my dad need to do next? Now he just intake some medicine from the doctor only.

Utilities deposit

Hi, need all clarify & advice......
I rent a retail lot at shopping mall with tenancy 2yrs. Rental deposit 3mth + utilities deposit 0.5mth (about 3k).
After 3mth, suddenly my shop no power supply (got bill paid mthly). Checkx3 with mall maintenance guys, only know that my premises electric meter has been removed by TNB as owner has close a/c. Damn .......No power how to do business?? No notice given also......
Call owner, very LC wan, like not interest entertain just answer ALL his properties rented is without the electricity meter. Tenant have to apply themselves. But initially before sign TA, the agent never not stated that tenant have to apply own TNB. All the s**k only come back after 3mth?? Then utilities deposit is for what?? since there is no power/water supply? Read through TA not stated also.

What I need to do?

Understand different owner/landlord have different T&C. But at least inform/give notice earlier ma......

I need to install a cctv system at my store that can combine with voice call/paging/intercom system type together. Means when there is nobody at store, I checking online cctv (streamyx) notice that someboby at my store gate or back door, immediately I can call my store fix number then with auto answering phone or any other type of machine that come with loud speaker that easy for me to talk to them. It is not necessary for them to reply my call because I can see them & instruct them what to do..... Sometime also purpose for drive away those troublemakers/sneak thief.....
So what type of cctv system & equipment I needed to install to make it easy at low cost....

p/s: I think in the market have those intercom machine fix at front gate one, but the speaker is not loud enough....
