[WTA] Samsung CLP 300 Printing Problem

I've got this samsung clp 300 printer recently and after a few printings, it gets messier like the attachment below.
I've tried cleaning whatever I can but the result is still the same. Can anyone help me to solve this problem as I have tonnes of lecture notes to be printed?

Is it important to use a tuner to tune your guitar? How do I know whether my guitar is in tune or not if I do not possess any other musical instrument. I'm self-learning guitar right now and so far I tune my strings according to videos from youtube.

If I were to get one, any particular thing that I need to look into before purchasing?

And hello everyone! I'm new to guitar and just bought few days ago. I just want to learn some chords and play my favourite songs. Any websites/videos to recommend where I can learn?

I'm also having some troubles with playing certain chords. So far I've learnt only the basic chords.
