Wan 2 invest in Penang but duno where. Suggestion?

Hola Sifu,

I'm looking to invest in Penang Island for a landed property (terrace, semi-D, townhouse, empty land) or commercial (shop, retail etc). I have budget max $800K.

But I'm out of Penang since >20 years. So I'm not sure what is the property scene over there. Can any one advice me?

Please suggest where/what development/taman that I can purchase.

I'm buying for appreciation. I'm able to hold >5years. So it 's not neccessary be in a prime area. I'm speculating it will be 'hot' only after several years. Of course if the rental is good (which is rare for Penang), it will be better.

If it's a residential, I'm considering of retiring in Penang, which still a long long way to go

Any Sifu or Orang Penang able to suggest to me?

TQ

[addedon]April 13, 2011, 11:38 pm[/addedon]
QUOTE(LouiLoui @ Apr 12 2011, 05:38 PM)

Hola Sifu,

I'm looking to invest in Penang Island for a landed property (terrace, semi-D, townhouse, empty land) or commercial (shop, retail etc).
Happy dog for adoption

Type: Terrier mix Doggie

Age: 1 yr+

Sex: Male but neutered

Location: Kg Baru Cheras

Contact: 012-2255831

His story:
Al (the dog) was abandoned in a box and dumped at the road side. We found him during a heavy downpour on the 4th of July. Even though the box had collapsed, and the road was flooded to his knee high, he still tried to hide inside it. With every passing car, he looked hopeful.

Al is full of life, joyful and playful. He is ready to please and has started to guard and protect us on the very night that we rescued him. We noticed that he has long claws. He is extremely happy to be allowed to roam around our garden. So we suspect that he was caged up most of the time with his previous owner.

Al is petite for a male terrier mix. He behave very well in car rides. He is suitable to be adopted to family with children or an active owner. Please give him a tender loving home.

Al is neutered. He eats and poo very little. Al doesn't do marking like other male dogs. He is currently place with a family at Kg Cheras Baru.

Anyone interested to adopt, pls PM me with details of your animal experiences and what kind of residential area you are staying in. Or you can call or sms me @ 012-2255831. TQ
[attachmentid=2067859][attachmentid=2067860][attachmentid=2067865][attachmentid=2067866]
