Water Dispenser (Hot and Cold)

I am now having a very good water filter system.
Looking for a water dispenser (Hot and cold) only.
Wish to join the filtered water to water dispenser for the ease of having hot and cold water at one time.
Without need to store drinking water separately and to boil water in table top boiler.
Any suggestion?

Refurbish Kitchen Cabinet SOS

Hi,
I bought my house from sub-sales. it is a renovated house wit kitchen cabinet installed. ..
My contractor advice me to replace all the old cabinet with new unit. .
Cost of refurbish may ended up same as new unit installed...
Anyone can advice on this?

What happen to Leasehold property?

Wonder what will happen to the leasehold property once the title expired:
- Pay state land office to extend the title?
a) what is the period of extension (Any option to that?)
b) Amount required to request for extension
c) How if it is the leasehold high rise? Some of the owners reluctant to request for extension and some looking forward for extension.

- If the government decided to revoke the land for other usage
a) Demolish the building? where are those resident goes?
b) Any compensation?

So far I have not come across an issue dealing with leasehold property coming to title expiration.
Appreciate if you can share with us if you have experience dealing with one.

Perhaps it will be great if someone can elaborate the differences between the property title: (and the impact to the property price)
