I know GTX 670 is a better buy but I&#39;m not quite sure how loud/noisy the reference cooler is on the card. Also I read that performance of the ATI 7xxx card improved on the 12.8 drivers.<br /><br />My max budget for vid card is RM1.2K, my rig purpose is for gaming and photo editing.
