How to: change wallpaper according to time

Hey guys,

Is there a way to have Windows 7 change the wallpaper based on the time of the day instead of rotating on a fixed time?

The original idea was that I needed a subtle reminder to go to sleep when it's late at night.
Auto-shutdown programs are a little too hard core, because I wan't a reminder and not a complete system shutdown.
Messages that pop-up are too subtle, because I usually just click OK and after a while, forgot that I saw them.
I figure that wallpapers with sleeping penguins or what-not would be a better reminder since it would look pretty, and stay there.

Therefore, what I need is a way of making this certain wallpaper appear during 11.30pm until 5.00am

Ideally, this would not interfere with Windows 7 rotating my other wallpapers during the 5.01am to 11.29pm period. However, this is a secondary issue and can be disregarded if not possible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
