Illegear Z5 v2 vs MSI ge62 2qf vs ASUS RoG G751JT

Looking to compare between this 3 laptops.....all 3 of them has GTX 970m if i'm not mistaken... but pricing wise...

1. Illegear z5 v2- RM6022 (including 128 gb SSD and OS)
2. MSI GE62 2qf- RM5776 (without SSD but with 4k display =O. but i dont think that matters coz doubt gtx 970m will be able to handle high end 4k games)
3. ASUS RoG G751JT -RM5,659 (17.3 inch screen, 128gb SSD but i7 4710HQ processor(other 2 has 4720hq, will there be notable difference?))

I can't seem to decide between this 3 laptops...i know there has been many post comparing the brands of this 3 laptops, but i still cant seem to decide!!
