I personally like DELL because i heard they able to fix our laptop within few days, i do not like to send my laptop to factory for a week - month.<br /><br />However, recently i get a lot of bad comments on DELL inspiron &amp; studio XPS saying that defective rate of both models are very high.<br /><br />Any suggestion for my case will be appriciated.
