Simple File Sharing Service

Hey guys, I had just finished uploaded my site. Basically it is targeted for people who want to share file smaller then 20Mb.
The scope in mind would be as simple as possible and monetization is not in mind currently.

Have you called your ISP's helpline?: Yes

Personal equipment
Modem: DIR 615
Router: -
Firewall used: Windows Firewall

Problem details
First occurence of problem: On- Going
Problem frequency: Lost Count
Problem description:
My Connection has been going on and off for quite sometime until three day ago the connection completely dead. Called the helpline and end up with a report number. Currently the globe light is orange in colour. Ping to the modem show no problem but certainly not the case if I ping internet server ( Others ). Have used wifi and cable but to no avail. Helpline girl say that my area should not have any problem. So, anybody know the solution?

Building a home server

Seeking advice on building a cheap web server...
Preferably < RM 1600
Limit < RM 1800

Requirement:
1) A lot of space > 4TB
2) Price including backup power hardware ( UPS, etc )
3) It's okay to skip on optical drive and install OS from USB
4) Maybe can setup RAID 5?
5) 5400 RPM hard drive is acceptable...
6) Have enough drive bay for future drive extension...

+ Other usable stuff for building home web server....

Wondering if it is reasonable to build a web server at home utilising residential unifi connection? If it is feasible? which package is Okay? VIP 10? VIP 20? Oh, I'll be using the dyndns.org to overcome the dynamic ip issue....

Okay, my friend and I decided to start a online business. So, Other then the technical part like reserving data centre buying domain name. What do we need to do?
Do i need to register a company name and ask for permit from town board for a ebusiness?

Any complete guide on starting up would be greatly appreciated...

Cloud Computing

As the title say,

What is cloud computing?
Basically, it is computing over internet where some information are stored at the server and accessable anywhere as long as there are connection to the server. These does not limited to file, some maybe include overnet software. Other then storing data, server also responsible for performing some simple computation task therefore taking the load off the local computer.

Main concern for cloud computing.
-Security
-Connectivity

So, what do you think of the future for cloud computing especially in Malaysia?
Is there any other concern for the system concept other then the BIG2 namely Security and Connectivity?
