Advice for New Year Upgrade

I'm looking for some new year upgrade advice. Below is my current setup. I already have good monitor, keyboard and mouse.

lntel Core i5 6500
B150M Bazooka
GTX960 AMP 2GB
Kingston Hyper X Fury 8gb DDR4 2400mhz
Seasonic 620w
Kingston Hyper X Fury 120GB
2 x 1GB HDD
Fractal Define R5 Casing

My Budget is RM3k. Current usage is not much of gaming, but mostly browsing, and photoshop.

Been thinking of a i7 + mobo upgrade, since my current mobo doesn't support 2400mhz of ram. and also 1TB m.2 sata upgrade.

Or is it better to just sell off the whole set and build a mini itx setup?

I bought a Dell U2414H for monitor upgrade, and thinking of getting Samsung Evo 850 500GB SSD to replace the current Kingston 120GB(planning to sell it off). It was pretty stupid to get the 2400mhz ram when the motherboard can only support 2133mhz ram(realized only after few months ).

Is it worth changing the motherboard to Z170 just for the ram support, or it is better to sell the current 2400mhz, and get 16GB 2133mhz ram?

I have 1K budget. Please advise potential value for money upgrade from your experience.

Details :

Letting go my beloved Gaming Rig that I have been taking good care of. Can play DOTA 2(Max setting) at 47 fps, and Skyrim (High setting). So you can figure out all other games. When I first build this rig, I have future-proof it with this graphic card. That's why it can still play new games decently at medium setting at least. I have installed the windows in 80GB Samsung HDD as its known for it's ultimate lifespan compared with 1TB HDD nowadays. I've installed all my games in a separate 1TB HDD that I'm keeping. So i would suggest you to get your own, though 80GB itself has plenty of spaces to install many games in it.

As mentioned above, It's in perfect condition. So, no warranty. All good to go.
