Hi guys,

I've just purchased aircons & shower heaters for my new home. I realised the shop workers/sales do not stamp their dealer's stamp onto the warranty card. When i check my receipt, they don't even reference the actual product serial number into it. Is this a norm?

My only concern is that when i want to claim for warranty from the shops, they will give 1001 excuses to not entertain your claim.
Please share your experiences.
