Renovation Allowed In Selangor?

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone knows if renovation is allowed during this time in Selangor?
Freehold landed property.

All the work is almost complete. Left minor wet works, painting, kitchen cabinets and wardrobes to be installed.
Deposit paid and worry if the company cannot sustain.

Spoke to my contractor and was told buildings are allowed to resume, but not renovation work.

Appreciate advises here.

Cannot install graphic driver

Hi,

I recently just updated my OS to Win10 Pro.
Have a Asus Radeon R9 270X installed on pc. Never had any issue with Win7 before.

Downloaded the driver from the internet and tried to install it. However during installation, the screen turned black and never resume back. It hang.
Then I have problem restarting my PC although i made a hard reset.
I'm kinda stuck with Microsoft driver now and my usage is limited.

Appreciate any help and advise to install the driver.

Wall Mounted TV

Hi Bro,

Sorry, noob question. The TV will be delivered this weekend. However, I wanted it to hang to the wall to save some space.
One of my friend said that if the stereo is at the back, then the sound may not be that nice if it is too near the wall.

How true is that? Any advise/ comment? *except for getting a surround sound system*.

Hi all,

I have a case.

After gotten my keys to my condo, I found that my parking lot does not belong to me. Instead it belongs to another owner, A.
My S&P and A's S&P stated the same parking lot.

A bit of history.....
A bought his unit from the developer where as I bought from a seller who does not own a car. Therefore my seller did not know if the parking lot is registered under A's name when he signed his S&P with the developer.
Basically the developer gave a parking lot that belongs to A, to my seller/vendor.

Anyway, the developer agreed to replace another carpark which is not favorable.
They are not able to give a replacement which we prefer because they have submitted for strata title.

I agreed on buying the stated unit that comes together with the carpark.
How can I be guaranteed that there will be no other tenants claiming the replacement carpark in years to come?

Any advise?

Hi All,

I need advise. I have bought a place and am waiting to get my keys.

Problem is, the vendor is reluctant to hand the keys to the lawyer. The vendor wants the loan to be released to them first before the keys are to be given.

In actual, what should be the procedure? How can I get the keys without further delay?
The bank has release the full loan to the lawyer.

DSL Blinking

Hi All,

I really do not know who else to turn to.

Have lodge a report since 8th Nov regarding DSL blinking.
Got the report number.
Had the technician from both Telekom (1x) and TMNet (2x) to my house. (Total 3 times)

When the technicians come to my house, everything is fine , thus I cannot prove to them that my dsl is blinking.
-SnR was within spec
- speed was within spec and etc.
- able to browse
But after several hours the tech left, the DSL began to blink.

My report was kept open from 8th Nov - 25th Nov, and they transfer my report to another new report number instead.
Almost every night I lepas geram on the 1st level support. Sometimes level 2.

I'm actually really tired and sick of this.

History:
I had the same problem before in 2008. Problem happened in Feb 2008 and only resolved in Dec 2008. Good fkn 11 months!!!!!!
Then everything is perfect until several weeks ago.

I'm planning to go to TMPoint to make a complain tomorrow again.

Cannot Install Burning Crusade

Hi All,

I have trouble installing burning crusade into my desktop. When it requires the 2nd cd, when i put it in, it just won't read. The 1st CD works fine no matter how many times i tried.

Then I try installing into my new laptop. I managed to install BC.

What's wrong leh?

P/S: I have pre-installed WoW on both system. I even reinstall WoW on my desktop.

Recently my CRT blew and that gave me all the reasons to get a new LCD and graphic card. Anyway, I've purchased a LG 19" wide with 2ms respond time and 5000:1 contrast to go with Asus A9550 256MB.

But while playing CS, the pictures turn blur when i strafe or turn my mouse. Can anyone help?
