Inactive Sole Proprietor Company

I have a sole proprietor company ("business") which is registered under my name. However, 5 years ago i have registered a Sdn Bhd with another partner so all the business is transfered to the Sdn Bhd. No transactions has been incurred to the "business" and therefore, i did not prepared the account since 2004. However, there are still quite some creditors owed by the "business", in which they are no longer exist. So my question is:
should i left the business's account stay as it is, not submitting to the IRB? Will i subject to the unclaimed money's act?

Windows 7 SMB connections

i wanted to create a server for file sharing in which there are approximately 15 computers connected. I've read that Windows 7 allow up to 20 simultaneous SMB connections but from the reviews, some experts claim that it usually supports up to 10 only. Has anyone tried whether windows 7 can support up to 20 SMB connections?

Appeal to Honda?

A month ago i notice something wrong with my CRV, the gear changing wasn't smooth and so i sent to Honda Service Centre. The mechanic show me some insects shit and claim that it was rats and say they might have bitten my wire so i have to leave my car for a few days in order to wrap the wires. A few days later they called and say my processing unit has spoilt as a result of the rats and i need to replace it for RM5000++. I tried to look for other mechanics to fix it but failed. Without any choice, i asked the honda mechanic to order the processing unit a few days ago. Is there anyway i can appeal to the HQ even if i could get a subsidised price? RM5k is a little bit unreasonable isn't it?

Parts for Honda CR-V

I owns a CRV, the latest model. Recently i sent my car to garage as i notice the gear changing hasn't been smooth and the engine problem lights on my dashboard has appeared. There's a "bump" every time the gear change. I sent to the honda dealer whom i bought my vehicle. Upon collecting my car, the service mechanic told me that rats has been biting my wires and the board that controls the changing of gear has been mulfunction. whether or not it was due to the rats. They suggest me to change the electric board or whatever it is for a whoping of RM5k. So i wonder does anyone know is there any alternative ways of solving the problem?

A new camera or a new lens?

I'm currently having a Nikon D80 and it's kit lens 18-135mm. Since i'll be going to Hong Kong this coming August, i'm looking to get something new for my hobby.

I'm wondering whether i should get a new Nikon 18-200mm VR lens since i believe VR makes a lot of difference especially in night mode. Otherwise, i think i could get myself a Nikon D300 which cost more since i could still afford.
