Hi I just book a unit in K Boulevard. It is by the same developer with Koi Kinrara. Linkaran Niaga.

It is still under pre launch stage.

Detail as follow:

location :
in front of koi tropika
opposite dhl factory
lrt is proposed to build opposite k residence

Building structure:
not many units . I think about 12 floors 150 to 200 units.
Will hare swimming pool and facilities with koi tropika..
10 units per floor

Price:
700sqft - 220k
950sqft - 280k
1050sqft - 290k
Almost hit 300 per sqft already!

Anyone heard about this project or anyone who have booked their unit?

They still don't have any showroom yet.

Hope to get some advice from you guys who have booked the unit, and see your view on them.
