Let's say I have one Sdn. Bhd. company in Malaysia. I don't hiring anyone in Malaysia, all of them are working remotely around the world.

Is it legal in Malaysia to do that? How about the tax implications?

Hi,

I have one Sole proprietorship business and monthly profit is about RM5,000.

I'm thinking to setup Sdn. Bhd. as soon as possible but thinking I need to spent additional money if I setup now. Business card also need to reprint.

Do you think this is the right time?

I have open sole-trader business and I only using USD in this business. I don't have any local bank account to use in this business, only have PayPal and merchant account to accept credit card. I have two questions to ask:

1. Let say if soon I want to upgrade my business to Sdn.Bhd, do I still need to pay tax?

2. How about secretary fee, and other yearly expenses for Sdn. Bhd? Do I still need it?

I don't know if this is the right section to ask about this.

Okay, let say if I want to make my site :

http://www.domain.com/login/ into https://www.domain.com/login/ and redirect back to http://www.domain.com/ after login.

How I can do that? I tried to find my answer on Mr.Google but can't find the solution of my problem. I tried to use rules below but after login, it redirect back to the homepage without login.

Hello there, I'm sorry this is not the right place to talk about this. Scrolling around LYN but can't found topic similar this.

I have question to ask, my friend have GTA IV retail DVD while I'd purchased this game via steam. Unfortunately to download around 7-8GB game taken ages to complete because I have bad internet connection.

So, can I install GTA IV using friend's retail DVD while activate it using steam cd-key?

I'm quite blurr about hosting, so want to asking something..

I already have shared hosting to running my blog, but I want to upgrade to VPS and interested at Hostgator VPS package. For this moment, I would like to choose Level 1,0.56GHz CPU and 384MB RAM and if not enough soon, I'll upgrade to Level 2 and so on.

So, do you think Level 1 package already sufficient enough for my blog, at least about 1 or 2 years.?

But anyone had know Niagahosting.com?? They have many domain actually but just one site.

I request to purchase one of their hosting and paid already at that day (17 March if i'm not mistaken)

But until now when I check at "Client Area" still unpaid. At that day also i'm not get any email until the next day.(20 March)

i've done customising my pc...well,adding some eye candy..

so,gonna use photoshop at windows 7...so,when i reboot its appear this:

hello everyone,as my post name above....any method that i can use to revert back my missing .dll files..

its network,volume control n action center tray icon dll..

actually im using 3rd party windows 7 tray icon changer software,then when icon changed,it not satisfied me...

then,wanna restore back...then after restore,suddenly all 3 systray icon missing...already search at c:/windows/system32 folder,but nothing found...restart also cant solved this problem...

any solution or can download original .dll files at any site..please help me..thanks..

hello guys... ..i hv question to ask about sound driver:

1. how to uninstall pulse audio completely and install alsa driver??? i've already search at google but

2. i'm using amarok 2.3.2 n want to use alsa sound as default,but what i see is just pulse audio server at amarok configure...i takut to remove pulse audio because i already uninstall but my file system corrupt,so need to reinstall ubuntu again....

3. n lastly,what's diff pulse audio n alsa n which better???can give me opinion??
