We are going to renovation for our condominium.
there is semi furnish with only lighting point.

with my condition that I have 2 unit of property,
2 unit of property still serving the loan,
bought them 5 years ago,
so now have intention on buy one more unit before age 30.

may my concern did any lending institute can lending 90%?
did MBSB still valid on this?

PS: did rental income without stamping can be consider a source of income? (rental start collect this year)

the owner below my unit complaint my unit downpipe leaking.
I bought this unit from secondary market.
the downstair owner told my previous owner about this problem.
but the previous owner just ignore her.

so now, her unit is leaking again,
she is requested me to share the repairing cost together...

As i think this is no my fault..I've no done anythings like renovation on my toilet.
so this should be belong to management no to me right?

If let say I rented a property to the tenants,
for example RM1000 per month, and I have to pay for loan and management all stuff also RM1000
after 3 years, the property still at the same price as I bought
so in this case should I calculate my nett profit as RM 36k or zero?

A question which puzzled me for some time.
I've intention to get my 2nd property for investment purpose,
my budget is to get a property below RM300k, there is no problem for me to pay for downpayment.
the question is since I own my 1st property so my income is not allowed to borrow more money from bank (1/3 salary proportion)
so in this case what I do to buy a 2nd property ?

After I upgrade my Nvidia GT220 to ATI HD5830,
and also upgraded the Power supply from 300w to 550w...[nothing to do with this]

now the problem occur!
I just realise my old graphic card come with 2 slot, DVI & VGA and my dell Monitor come with 2 plug also,
so its fix.

now, my new graphic card has only 1 slot, but my monitor still the same with 2 plug...
therefore, my monitor do not has display
what can I do?

I hope this is a solvable problem.
