Good day all, i join bodybuilding program quite some time, but the result did not satisfied me coz i don't have proper diet meal plan, now i plan to have a diet meal and this is what i thought:

Breakfast (7am)
6 eggs without yellow, oat meal

Pre-workout (half hour b4 11am)
2 bananas

Work-out (11am)
water

Post-workout (instantly)
protein shake

Lunch (2pm, half hour after workout)
macaroni with tomato sauce+ chicken breast+ milk

Dinner (7pm)
macaroni+ chicken breast (lunch leftover)

Snack (10pm)
protein shake

Rough car paint surface

Good day all, i just got back my car few weeks ago coz met an accident and need to spray my bumper, but when i wash my car i realized some part of car body was rough, u won't realized the roughness until you touch it, colour was ok but rough when u touch, when i wipe it with cloth will have sound like "sh sh sh", feel like the clear coat is lost. What should i do? go for polishing will do? or respray the paint? clay bar? TQVM

Good day all, can sifu here help me identify us there any problem with my brake pad, the first pic is front n new pad, feel like it don't fully contact with the rotor, second pic is old brake pad which is fully touch the rotor. Is there my pad having prob or this is normal as the pad is new one?
