hi there , anyone using a Hong Kong iphone set and warranty claim @ malaysia apple store ?

i heard some forummer say can claim . if can claim = i will buy iphone 5s from HK

also heard that malaysia apple will send the HK iphone back to HK for warranty claim , FOC . is that true ?
