Massive HDD Activity and System Unresponsive

Hope you guys can help me with this troubleshoot.

My system is running Windows 7 32-bit with 4GB. I have 3 Physical Hard Disks.

All the sudden during boot-time (Starting Windows screen), the HDD LED is solid steady.

After around a min or 2, the log in screen would appear. Normally it was quite fast.

After log in, it now takes awhile to load everything. If I start copying files from a partition to another partition, it kinda hangs. HDD LED is solid steady again. After 5 mins, the system would be responsive again. But then, the Physical Hard Disk would disappear.

I restarted the system, the HDD reappears. I tried accessing the folder, it doesn't allow me to access.

Could it be that my HDD is dying? If yes, any software recommendation to do an immediate duplicate of the physical HDD to another HDD?

P1's FUP Bug!

Did you all notice this issue with P1?

I checked my online self-care for my FUP. It showed that I still had 10GBs. Btw, I registered for the 20GB package. My line was damn bloody hell slow. I called the careline, they told me that I have exceeded my FUP. I was in shocked! The support guy told me that the FUP is refreshed daily.

I could never ever have used 10GB in a day, and during that month, I was not downloading anything much. I was constantly using another line that has no security for downloading.

I suspected there's a technical flaw in their FUP calculation logic. I told the support guy about it, but there was no solution and follow up from them. I think a lot of users are getting premature FUP exceeds.

Why won't P1 acknowledge this issue and fix it? You are already losing loads of customers!!! How can you survive in this broadband race?!?!?!
I am trying to send out emails using my asp.net script. Since i'm using exabytes services, they are using a medium trust .net framework and their smtp port is 587.

Been search through the web, medium trust only allows port 25 to be used.

Btw, i'm using system.net.mail.

If i use port 587, it would give me a security error.

Any work around guys?

If I on the PC again, sometimes during BIOS loading, and even when I haven't even press 'ON' button.

When I do get into the BIOS load up part, its shows that my system is running in failsafe mode.

Just wanna confirm is it really my PSU 'dying'.
