Role: Interior Designer Freelance / Part time Wanted to Decorate an Apartment

Remuneration: Starts from RM1000 onwards, will be discuss based on your experience.

Requirements:

*** We are looking for a Interior Designer for freelance or part time to decorate our Apartment so it could rented out ASAP with good tenant.

*** No specific qualification needed, as long as you are responsible and attention to details with common designer’s sense to decorate our unit would be fine.

*** You will need to provide ideas to decorate the 1530sf apartment located in Sunway Damansara (Next to Bandar Utama). Once finalise the ideas, a budget will be given and you need to oversee the whole process.

*** The project should be completed in 1 week unless you require longer period. You should have your own transportation.

*** Final year designer students are also welcome to apply.

Option of Closing or Selling my Sdn Bhd

Dear all, need your your opinion I own a sdn bhd as dormant (inactive) for 3 years now and i have decided to close the Sdn Bhd. My secretary mention it will cost approx. RM2000, is that so expensive?

This Sdn Bhd has no asset, no bank accounts has been opened and it's been inactive since day one. So I'm thinking to "Change of Director" (secretary charge RM200 only) instead of closing the S/B, is it a better option?

Will others willing to purchase the Sdn Bhd since is under dormant? Thank you guys
