Filing of Complaint to Local Authorities

Hi guys,

I'm unsure whether is this the right place to seek for help, but I'm sincerely looking for advice on the scenario below...

I have yet to receive my claims and sales commission for my previous company, which I left on May 2011. The commission claims was submitted to my company's admin on March 2011. Our usual sales team practice is that we submit 2 months after doing sales (eg. Sales on Dec, claims are to submit on Feb). Well, sometimes there are people who submitted late and the claim still goes through, and the company doesn't have a proper black & white on such ruling, it's all set by the sales director. According to the handbook, there is no rules on this as its quite flexible.

So anyways, I followed up with calls and messages to the company admin after that, and was told that my claims are rejected without any proper reasons. She quoted that sales director said my claims are late etc. Therefore, requested me to send a mail document to them as to request for the reimbursement as well. I don't have a copy of the actual claim submission which I pass to the admin, thus there is not proof on my side however.

The thing is IF my request got rejected again. What should I do? Is there any local authority or organization which I can file a report to?

Looking For Badminton Courts

Planning to start playing badminton regularly on weekends with a bunch of friends.

Any idea where can I find a nice place to play? Preferably places for average players - dont ask me to go KL Stadium Badminton Cheras.

I need good recommendations and pricing as well.

5. Former great Alan Shearer's macho outstretched arm. Raising his right arm after scoring.

6. And not forgetting Liverpool's Peter Crouch and his robo dance craze.
