I have a car year 2010. I am 4 years out of 9 through the loan payment and currently in need of extra cash to settle out credit card. I am currently thinking of car refinance. Maybe someone can help me to answer these queries?

1. The refinance will be based on market value or remaining loan?
2. Will it be in terms of monthly installment reduction, cash or both?
3. Which banks provide this type of service other than Ambank?
