Should I get amp or multi fx?

Hi all,

I am planning to get something that will help me to practice electric guitar at home. But with limited budget of rm800, I'm contemplating which one should I go for.

The main function that I will require is to be able to plug in a headset for practice, which either one can do.

But each would have their own pros and cons.
Amp will be able to provide some form of effects but you get to play without headphone, for others to listen to.

Miltifx would give more things that you can play around with and bring out for jamming sessions, but will not be able to play without a headphone or amp.

Which one will you go for?

CPU problem check

I would like to know if there are any way to check if the CPU is still performing good.

The problem that I have is lagging issues in PC when I play flash videos, then noticed something weird,
When I CPU usage is 100% the core speed is ~800Mhz only. checked using CPU-Z.

any idea how to confirm if it is CPU's problem?

internet temporary files pieces

some years ago when I was using internet explorer, if i were to watch a video on a video streaming site, the video file will be found on the internet temporary file folder as a whole.
But now, the video is actually broken into small pieces in the temporary folder.
Are there browser that will not break down the video or software that can merge the pieces together?

I am running a business that provides services(IT related services). An MNC asked me for quotation and one of the requested quotes is the extra allowance/charge if the service is needed oversea. Meaning, I will be required to travel oversea to provide the service.

The problem is, I am not sure what is the rate for such cases. Do service providers charge the clients according to a fixed rate (RM300 extra per day) or according to the services taken(additional 20% of quotation)? the quotes exclude lodging and travelling.

How does your company charge the clients in such cases?

payment of salary

if a company didn't pay it's staff for 3 months. and nearing the end of the 3rd month, the director says then he want to close the company at the end of the month. but the salary of that 3 months is not paid even after 2 or 3 months, what action can be done to the director(not the company, since it's going to be closed anyway)?

apart from reporting to labour office, what else can be done? if not mistaken, reporting to labour office only helps you to file a report and the labour office will ask all parties involved for discussion/negotiation. if not settled, then labour office will issue a summon to the company(or director?).

what else can the labour office do and what else can the employees do?

local medias are very much influenced by what is up-to-date, what will attract viewership and what are the topics that is discussed frequently.

"It's pretty amazing she's still alive."

He added that the freak accident meant the woman's injuries were unique.

"It's different in a high-speed crash. The force comes from one direction but it looks like this car has hit a few buildings on the way down so she's been struck from a few angles," he said.
