I have worked in my company 3 years plus, curreny they changed the company name, i didnt sign any new employment letter, so i assume all things follow old employment letter, if resign need 2 months of notice. I didnt get any warning letter before, if they want to sack me and want me leave immediately, and pay me 2 months salary (current salary more than 4k), is it correct? I have accumulated around 30 days annual leave, do they need to pay me back? Im not sure about labour law, so i hope that someone can give me advise. Thanks in advance first

Engine Oil

Hi..

It's time for me to change my engine oil, all the while im using toyota engine oil, after warranty period, think to change the brand, any1 can recommend which brand is better? heard ppl said mobil 1 is not bad.. and which engine type is suitable for vios? 10w40? btw, im using semi syn oil.

my car is 08 vios, think to change the battery, if i change it, wat else do i need to adjust back after replaced by a new battery except for clock?
do i need to start the engine 1st, and then change it?

charging system warning light

while driving my car, the charging system warning light ON for few seconds, then off for 20 seconds, after that ON for few seconds again, and OFF. Does it means that charging system has problem? or the battery will die soon? fyi, the battery is 2 years old...
any1 experienced this b4?

if u hv finish develop 2 systems, now is only supporting the daily bugs, sometimes change some coding, do changes requested by user and maintain the system.

now ur boss wanna u learn new things, give u another system to do, full time to develop this system.

now is the question, how u can full time do the system without any interruption from supporting old system? if there is not enuf resources from company, other people oso got their own works to do...

if i only part time help to develop the new system, i can't learn new things, can't fully handle it...

if u r me, how to overcome this problem?
