Hi All,

Something I would like to share here. Im not trying to talk bad bout this beauty salon but after i pay a visit a few day before, i would say their service is sucks man!!!

I bought a voucher from their kiosks on 11/12/2010 in the beauty expo in Mid Valley, is only cause RM29. So im thinking of signing a facial package from them as my existing facial package frm other salon is goin to finish. but i must take a try first... ok, they call up to me saying wanna help me to make a booking for the facial, then i went.

Before i go, i have withdrawn RM2k and is ready to take up their courses. I've gone through normal procedure like others salon, consultation like saying my skin here no good there no good lo, during the consultation hour they told me that they are goin to help me to do a facial worth RM350. Wow!! good!! for me im aspecting something is very good with a facial worth RM350!!. Im actually didnt reveal to them that i have been a beautician for some period, so im quite familiar with some of the machine or facial care product... ok comes to the facial...

1step - make up remove lo~

2step - facial wash lo~

3step - cool stem as my skin is sensitive base.

4step - then they say help me to appy something which later the extraction will become easier. The product they help me to put i suspect is just water as its do not have any smell at all. Cause im been doin that also when im a beautician during young. Just very easy, pour some water in the cotton + a little bit of toner and apply on customer face by telling them how good the product is!! but their's is totally water only!!!

5step - extraction, very fast extraction cos they just simply do!!!

6step - they say help me to put on a mask, but that is only a toner on the mask sheet...come on! they think im stupid!! this so call expensive mask in on my face for more then 30 minutes as they don have enough beantician to service me.

7step - after the mask there is another beautician coming in to remove and start to apply gel on my face saying that she's helping me to do the machine, she is speaking with me in malay. im suprise, cos this is another beautician! ok..im asking her what kind of gel is this, she say is very expensive collagen gel... @_@ come on, its just a very cheapo soothing gel la~ and she start using the so call expensive machine-ultrasound!! come on...did she know that i can get 1 in magicboo for less then RM350!! think im stupid again!! i just kept quiet. Somemore show me result saying got a huge different before & after!! sucks!!

8step - after the cheapo machine. they should help me to do the massage before the mask but they help me to put on another ''expensive mask'' first, that is so damn cool mask~~ like putting a lots of ice cube on my face. while im waiting the mask to be take off, a girl come in to do massage for me. walau~ her hand is so damn cool, suddenly put on my shoulder without telling me. bad service!!!

9step - is time to take of my mask, while they take off the mask, the sisa sisa of the mask drop all over my hair and face beside me. Honestly i am so piss off!!!

After finish the whole stupid facial d consultant trying to pursuade me to take up their package!! keep on talk talk talk talk. Saying the facial i did just now is very expensive la~ this la that la~ waste my time!!! so i just straight to the point by telling her their service is suck and i have experience in this line, she is very shock and keep quiet....end up of cos i din sign their package la~

Conclusion : For me a facial like this i can easily find in other salon for just paying less then 100 bucks~Consumer nowadays is getting smarter la~
To be frank if they keep providing this kind of service...sad~ and... forget to mention, after the facial there is still a lot of blackhead on my nose area. The first trial is already like this, how can i aspect the after sale service.
